Description:
Bix Office/Warehouse is corporate headquarters for National Wall Covering, one of the nation's largest distributors of commercial wall coverings. The office area encompasses 7,500 sf, including ground floor and mezzanine. The warehouse and distribution portion utilizes an additional 24,000 sf.
The remainder of this facility is "spec" warehouse space, capable of adding approximately 17,000 sf of mezzanine in addition to the 26,000 sf of floor area.
This 67,500 sf "tilt-wall" office/warehouse and distribution facility was completed in July of 2003.

Description:
This 150,000 sf tilt-wall warehouse is located on the east side of Memphis, Tennessee in an upscale warehouse district. The coordination of storm water detention and landscaping works well to provide an aesthetically pleasing workplace environment not typical to a normal warehouse district. This project was completed in August 1998 for Belz Enterprises.
