Description:
This store is located adjacent to schools and a well-established neighborhood in Owasso. The Albertson's in this area proved to be challenging, considering the request of the neighborhood and the city of Owasso's building requirements.
The design was developed to reflect architectural features as well as a fire rated structure. Five different types of construction materials were incorporated into the exterior facade to promote and enhance the neighborhood.

Kroger

Description:
This store is in an older, well-established neighborhood in Little Rock. The Kroger in the Heights project was very challenging from the standpoint of balancing the city of Little Rock requirements and the neighborhood’s requests.
A design was developed that reflected the “front porches” that help develop the fabric of the neighborhood, and we were afforded the opportunity to utilize several aspects of our experience in the construction of this Kroger. The storefront has a more architecturally appealing façade to blend with the period and style of the existing structures in this high-profile community. The variety of materials, from the cypress fence on the neighborhood side of the store to the natural stone columns at the entrance, provides a showcase of craftsmanship. By utilizing natural stone, tapered columns and exposed eave structures, we feel that the challenge was met.
With an existing Kroger on the same property remaining in operation during construction of the new store, coordination and scheduling were key elements to the successful completion of this project. After the opening of the new store, the existing store was demolished and the area was converted into additional parking.

Wal- Mart Neighborhood Market #3479- 00

Description:
Progressive Constructors, Inc. was selected by Wal-Mart to construct this new prototype Neighborhood Market just minutes from Wal-Mart's corporate offices. This Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is approximately 40,000 sf and features a drive-thru pharmacy, half-hour photo processing service, a bakery/deli, as well as a grocery department.
