Description:
This property is located on the south side of the I-10 access road in two different counties, Fort Bend County and a small portion of Waller County. This 38-acre site is dissected in two different areas by a total of 10 different gas company distribution lines. This property had no city water available to the site, so it required the installation of a commercial water well in order to provide water service for this facility. This property has no city sanitary sewer service available, so it required a complete sanitary sewer treatment facility on site. There is approximately 15 acres of parking lot to store inventory. The building foundation is drilled piers due to the soil conditions on site and the exterior walls are Tilt-Wall type construction. All of the above may account for the owner's decision to contract this project as a design-build contract with Progressive Constructors, Inc.

This photo shows the most recent addition to the Kohler manufacturing facility in Sheridan, Arkansas. This 50,000 sf addition of an injection mold facility is Progressive Constructor's 5th time to build for Kohler at this campus.
Completed in 2002, this addition required a high degree of coordination between PCI and the day-to-day operations of the facility.
